BIOGRAPHY

Joel R. Bennett was born in New York City, attended the University of Arizona as an undergraduate and then attended the University of Arizona's law school, graduating in the top tier of the class. After clerking for two years for a U.S. District Judge in Arizona, Mr. Bennett decided to specialize in antitrust litigation and moved to Los Angeles to join the  Department of Justice's  Antitrust Division.

Subsequently,  Mr. Bennett practiced in both large national firms and smaller prominent Los Angeles firms, as well as being a name partner in his own firm, always successfully bringing to trial challenging, cutting-edge cases.  Mr. Bennett continues this winning tradition by heading up the Law Offices of Joel R. Bennett.
